DNAis a
nucleic acid, composed of three major macro molecules important for all organism.
Most DNA molecules are double helices made of simple units called nucleotides.
Each nucleotide composed of nucleobase, guanine, thymine, adenine and
cytocine.dna is a molecule that genetically develops the functioning of living organism.
In biological information storage DNA is well suited. Biological information is
replicated as separated two strands. An important portion of DNA is non
coding.dna strands are antiparallel, one strand is three prime, and the other
is five prime. It refers direction the third and fifth carbon on sugar molecule
is faced. The attachment of sugar is one of four types of molecules called
nucleobase.under the genetic code, rna strands are translated to specify the
sequence of amino acids with proteins. The strands of RNA initially created
using DNA strands as a transcription process. The twin helical strands from the
backbone of DNA. Between the strands the double helix may be found tracing the
spaces and grooves. The base pairs may provide a binding site. When the grooves
are unequally sized then the stands are not symmetrically not located with each
other. The length of one major groove is 22A wide and other the minor groove is
12A.Base pairing; in double helix DNA the nucleobase one one strand bonds with
one type of nucleobase strand. This is called complementary basepairing.purines
from hydrogen bonds to pyrimidines, with bonding of adenine to thymine in two
h.bonds, and cytosine bonding only with guanine in three hydrogen bonds. The
arrangement of these two nucleotides binding with the double helix is called
base pair.
